Direct Pay

Direct pay means Physicality is not contracted with any insurance company  and as a result is not considered an in-network provider. This means payment is due at the time of your service.  The benefits of this model directly apply to you as the consumer. Direct pay allows you the freedom to make your own health care decisions, not being constrained to network restrictions of visit numbers, procedures performed, and delays in care due to preauthorization. This freedom allows a more focused approach to your care while also providing an opportunity to grow the collaborative relationship between you and your PT.

Physical therapists are direct access providers meaning you can be seen without a doctor's referral or insurance authorization.  However, if you have a doctor's referral, we will work alongside your referring physician to provide thorough communication and coordination of your care.​
